We don’t sell your personal information. 
We share it only with:

• IONOS, who host this website and provide our email and analytics services 
• Freeagent Accounting software – if you become a customer certain personal or identifying information is required
• Mailer Lite our newsletter provider – only name and email address 
• Professional advisers, such as our accountant, where needed
• Authorities, where the law requires it

Where a provider processes your information on our behalf, we require them to protect it and to use it only for our purposes.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t become work: 12 months after our last contact
• Client records: 7 years after the end of the work, as required for accounting and tax purposes
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
• Cookie choice: about 30 days, then the banner asks again

Your rights
